Returns And Refund Policy
At Cannabis Italia, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We are committed to providing high-quality cannabis, psychedelics, and pharmaceutical wellness products such as magic mushrooms, Tramadol, Diazepam, DMT vape pens, and more—delivered discreetly across Italy and Europe.

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we do not accept returns on consumable items, including but not limited to:
Magic mushrooms and psilocybin products
Cannabis flower, hash, edibles, and vape cartridges
Pharmaceuticals (Tramadol, Xana, Diazepam, etc.)
LSD blotter papers and psychedelic microdose capsules
DMT vape pens and liquid extracts
However, if you received the wrong item, or your package was damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately. We will assess and resolve the issue with a replacement or partial refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue within 3 business days.
We will offer:

✅ Or a store credit or refund if the item is unavailable

Refunds (If Applicable)
In cases where a refund is approved:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Delay caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to:
Incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout
Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received (unless supported with evidence)
Customs seizures (though this is rare; we take steps to minimize this risk)
Please ensure that all information entered during checkout is correct and legal in your country or region.
Return Exceptions
We DO NOT accept product returns, as we prioritize customer safety and product hygiene. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it cannot be resold, reused, or restocked.
